Saturday Stress Buster- Gratitude

"And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. And be thankful." Colossians 3:15




Take some time this Saturday to relieve some stress. Today's stress buster is to take a walk. You can walk alone, or you can walk with a friend. As you are walking spend some time in gratitude. Gratitude always relieves stress. Look around you and consider how God is inviting you to be thankful.




Think about why you are thankful for what He is revealing. You can even say out loud, "I am thankful for......because......."


If you are walking with a friend, spend some time talking about what you are thankful for and sharing why you are thankful for what you have shared. Try not to spend time discussing topics that will make you feel stressed unless sharing with your friend will alleviate stress, but the purpose of this walk is to immerse yourself in gratitude.
