The Future is Waiting
One of the reasons I went to seminary was simple: I wanted to be a resource for the Body of Christ. At a recent Women in Ministry conference, I was introduced to a concept called “Future Back.” It’s a business idea, but it struck me as prophetic for the church. Future Back asks: “Where will your context be ten years from now?”
When I look ten years into the future of the church — through the lens of what is happening in our world and in the Body of Christ — I see a sobering truth: many believers will have lost connection. If we continue to rely solely on Sunday gatherings and programs, we risk building churches that are busy but not deeply connected, active but not truly discipling.
This is why the Ignite the Church Initiative is so important right now. Our mission is to:

Transform Leaders (20/80) – equipping pastors and ministry leaders to move beyond burnout, programs, and survival into clarity, courage, and lasting impact.

Design Systems – helping churches embrace integrity, systems thinking, and change management so discipleship is sustainable, not fragile.

Reignite Congregations – transforming congregations from functioning with only 20% of the people doing 80% of the work into fully engaged communities where every member takes part in deeper discipleship and shared ministry.

The goal of The Ignite the Church Initiative is to offer our services at a minimal cost, removing financial barriers so that every congregation can access the support they need.
This initiative is new, and in all transparency, we are praying about whether to establish it as a non-profit organization. Until God gives us clear direction, we will faithfully begin by helping pastors and congregations right where they are — providing resources, training, and discipleship pathways that ignite transformation.
