I’m Joycelyn, a Discipleship Systems Consultant devoted to helping the Body of Christ move from 20/80 to 100/100—where discipleship is shared, gifts are activated, and every believer is formed and engaged in the work of ministry.
My work focuses on helping churches and ministry leaders design Spirit-led, formation-centered disciple-making systems that move beyond dependency on a few and toward sustainable, shared discipleship. Through the Ignite the Church Initiative, I support pastors, ministers, and lay leaders as they clarify pathways for spiritual growth, cultivate missional imagination, and build communities capable of thriving beyond the walls of Sunday gatherings.
At the heart of this calling is a commitment to the future of the Church. I work to help shape discipleship systems that ensure Generation Alpha inherits a faith that is both rooted and rising—deeply formed, spiritually resilient, and able to host the presence of God wherever life takes them.
This work is more than ministry.It is a movement—where formation fuels leadership, and leadership becomes worship.
Formation & Calling
I’m Joycelyn—a Discipleship Systems Consultant and Spiritual Formation Minister devoted to helping the Body of Christ move beyond unexamined patterns that shape faith without forming it, toward discipleship that is truthful, Spirit-led, and shared.
My calling was formed largely beyond traditional church structures, giving me a clear vantage point into how discipleship systems shape participation and formation. Like many faithful believers, I found myself among the 80%—present, discerning, and called, yet shaped within systems that had not yet learned to fully see or form every gift. As a result, much of my ministry expression unfolded outside traditional church settings.
It was in those spaces that I encountered the Divine Forming Mystery (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit)—not through platform or permission, but through presence, formation, and truth. What systems had not yet learned to see, God refined.
Through the Ignite the Church Initiative, I help leaders and congregations design formation-centered, Spirit-led disciple-making systems that make room for the whole body—moving the Church from 20/80 to 100/100, where disciples are formed, gifts are received, and responsibility is shared.
My mission is to help prepare a Church where Generation Alpha inherits a faith that is both rooted and rising—capable of hosting the presence of God wherever life unfold
